Hello - we are new to this group.

We are the Fairtrade fashion label Eternal Creation.  We produce a range of ethical fashion for women, men and children at our Fairtrade certified Himalaya Tailoring Centre in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas.

We also open our tailoring centre to other fashion labels for manufacturing and production.

If you are interested in having your collection ethically produced at our Fairtrade tailoring centre, please contact us at shop@eternalcreation.com.

Hi all.

I'm working with a couple of new projects which are looking for producers who are able to produce high-quality products in collaboration with high-end designers.

Designs and product development assistance will be provided, but suppliers must be able to produce to a high quality.

Products can be clothes, accessories or trims.

Producers should have an ethical/environmental focus: i.e. fairtrade, sustainable development, women empowerment, craft preservation, using environmentally friendly materials, etc.

We will be visiting suppliers in the next few months so please get in touch asap!

If you are interested or want to know more, please contact me: nicola.thornley@googlemail.com.

Hi All,

I'm looking for ethical and fair-trade manufacturers and suppliers interested in expanding their business in the far east by participating in the Blueprint trade fair in Singapore this summer. This is an exciting opportunity as I have a lot of eastern designer's who are interested in outsourcing to green factories in South East Asia. Can the interested parties please mail me on i.thopte@fashion.arts.ac.uk asap?

Thanks,

Ishwari

Hi all.

I'm currently sourcing producers and textiles in Africa - I'll be in Nigeria for the next few weeks and then on to Burkina Faso.  I'll be spending some time in East Africa later in the year.  Does anyone know of any producers (country not important) of yarn, textiles, trims or clothing that I may not have come across yet?

Many thanks,

Nicola.

Comment by Isaan Cushion Company on November 12, 2010 at 11:55
Hi, I thought I would let you know about the Isaan Cushion Company.

We are a manufacturer of high quality cushion covers and pillow covers, made from locally sourced silk and cotton fabric.

We sell our own brand and also offer OEM and Buyer Label manufacturing to companies.

We offer employment and training opportunities to people in the Isaan area of Thailand. We are also pioneering a new business model called the hybrid co-operative.

We are looking for shops who wish to sell our cushion covers and business's and individuals that would like cushion covers in their own brand.

See our website for more info www.isaancushioncompany.com and join up with us on our facebook page too.
