I am doing my Masters degree in Ethical Fashion and plan to focus my final project on Africa as a new market for production and looking into sustainability there too.

Ida, I would like to hear of any factories, workshops and cotton farms you find or get connected to as I plan to visit around 5 different east and west african countries over next year to research too though have not much contacts at the moment.

So this goes out to everyone else too...if you have any contacts then please keep me posted.

thanks!

Ida. I'd really like to know who is out there doing what? We are trying to develop our database here at EFF of businessed in Africa involved in Sustainable and Ethical Fashion so we would greatly appreciate your insights during your trip . I will be making that same trip early next year to document the talent out there so any heads up would be great. Safe travels and look forward to hearing from you when you get back.

Hi everyone

I've got a friend here in Bristol who wants to source Mozambican Capulanas for the 20th anniversary of Bristol's twinning with Beira in Mozambique next year. Any advice/help be most welcome. He's interested in both sourcing them ethicially and having a celebratory design produced. Thanks.
