Calling all Ethical Fashion designers! Oxford Fashion Week March 2011

I am
organizing an ethical fashion show as part of Oxford Fashion Week
2011 and I am looking for an exciting mix of up and coming ethical fashion designers. 

There will be a catwalk show on the evening of Friday 4^th March, and an ethical fashion market on Sat 5^th & Sun 6^th during
the day.  There will be an Oxjam gig on
Sunday afternoon followed by a swishing party. It will take place on the grounds
of the Oxford
Castle in conjunction with the O3
gallery http://www.o3gallery.co.uk/ and The
Living Room http://www.thelivingroom.co.uk/venues/oxford/

The catwalk event aims to raise money for Helen & Douglas House, a hospice for terminally ill children http://www.helenanddouglas.org.uk/.
This show will also provide a promotional platform for ethical fashion design
and will help you to reach Oxford’s
affluent residents & students. The O3 gallery is a well established
organization will use their in house PR agency to publicize your ethical fashion
brand. They will also contact their extensive client database to ensure a good
turnout to the catwalk & shopping events.

 

I am looking for avant-garde and high-end fashion pieces for the catwalk show, and ready-to-wear lines for the fashion market. There will be no cost to take part
in the catwalk show, but there may be a small charge to have a stall at the
fashion market to cover overhead costs. 
This is a not-for-profit event; we are all working on a voluntary basis.

Unfortunately there is no budget, I'm not getting paid to organise this! Designers will benefit through free marketing and publicity, and the event will act as a platform to sell your designs.
