- I set up Calico moon in 2005 due to a love of nature and people and a concern for our planet and the inequality in society. I moved to the isle of Bute in Scotland 3 years ago with my husband and two of our 4 daughters., I have an on-line shop and a store in Rothesay selling fair trade and eco-friendly gifts clothing and toys, plus alternative therapy items.
