I recently visited the remote Isle of Mull where I met with the weavers and owners of Ardalanish Wools http://www.ardalanish.com/ They hand weave their own wool that is sustainable collected from their herd of sheep that roam the Island. Please check them out as they are producing amazing wool using 100 year old looms. The knowledge and practices of the craft is something that needs to be shared.
very excited to be a part of this group. I am half-scots and created a Harris tweed collection a couple years back. Just recently took part in the Good Fashion Show in London. Look forward to the dialogue and information here in the group.
