Hi, I thought I would let you know about the Isaan Cushion Company.

We are a manufacturer of high quality cushion covers and pillow covers, made from locally sourced silk and cotton fabric.

We sell our own brand and also offer OEM and Buyer Label manufacturing to companies.

We offer employment and training opportunities to people in the Isaan area of Thailand. We are also pioneering a new business model called the hybrid co-operative.

Looking for shops who wish to sell our cushion covers and business's and individuals that would like cushion covers in their own brand.

See our website for more info and join up with us on our facebook page too.

Calling all Thai fashion students studying in Europe! We have an exciting opportunity for young Thai designers (current or recent graduates) to show their work in London in summer 2011. You would have the privilege of working with quality silk and cotton kindly donated by the Mae Fah Luang Foundation. Additionally from benefiting from high exposure and you can help promote Thai design talent! We are the future!

Get in touch with CV and cover letter -->

Looking forward the seeing the amazing work!

Greetings from Canada. TAMMACHAT Natural Textiles works with rural weaving groups in Thailand and Laos. Sustainable practices. Village-created organic silk and cotton yarns. Dyes made from natural materials. Not only are these textiles eco-friendly, but their making brings important income to the artisans, most of whom are rice farmers, as well as weavers, dyers and sericulturists. TAMMACHAT sells beautiful handwoven finished products, such as scarves and bags, plus fabric by the metre. We're looking for small eco-designers who would like to source fairly traded fabrics and scarves -- both can be designed and special ordered with lots of lead time and an understanding of what's possible for these artisans to create. We can help you with that. Please visit our website for more info: You can find fabrics, scarves and more in the Online Shop.

In fair trade,
Ellen Agger
Co-founder, TAMMACHAT Natural Textiles
