About me / About business or organisation:: I am a solicitor and partner in Joelson Wilson LLP. I am the Head of the Fashion and Retail Group. We act on behalf of clients at all ends of the fashion spectrum, from photographers and designers to manufacturers and fashion houses. We are very alive to the issues which the ethical fashion industry faces, from sourcing materials to the production of garments and labelling. We advise on the early development of the Brand, including identifying, protecting and enforcing Intellectual Property rights and putting in place key agreements to exploit, enhance and manage the Brand.
