About me / About business or organisation:

Fell in love with designing and making clothes on Theatre (Costume) Design degree. Researched the social and environmental impact of the Fashion Industry on my MA in Fashion Design in 2006. Designed garments with minimum environmental impact, sourcing eco fabrics and researching ethical production. Work experience at People Tree, Katharine Hamnett and Enamore. Completed a business course with view to putting my ideas into practise and launching an ethical fashion label. Currently working as a freelance designer looking for more design work, specifically for eco fashion labels, and delivering various workshops on textile recycling around the East Midlands. Would like to work in the ethical fashion industry as a designer.
