The next Vintage Fashion Fair London will take place at Cecil Sharp House, Primrose Hill on 8th May.

It’s hard to believe we are only in April as the weather is absolutely wonderful and really warm so much so that summer fashions are making a much earlier appearance than usual!
Even at the last fair in April there was a large selection of vintage summer dresses of all types and including quite a selection of swimsuits from the 40′s onwards.

The Vintage Fashion Fair on 8th May is definitely going to be packed to capacity with amazing vintage summer fashions. Look out for little patterned dresses from the 70′s, all very reasonably priced. Brightly coloured 60′s shift dresses and 50′s prom dresses with lacy underskirts are always great for summer parties. Shorts are the thing this summer so put these together with an interesting vintage top or jacket.
You will find a seller with gorgeous vintage fabrics and has a huge range of haberdashery finds. Buttons, beads, flowers, feathers can be sourced, the list is endless to add something eclectic and unusual to any garment.

If you have a summer wedding to attend the fair is a perfect place to find your outfit. You will be guaranteed something very special and different. Look out also for lovely vintage hats and fascinators.

Phew…….. After all that shopping you need to take a break. Not far to go to the Nice Green Cafe which is just downstairs. A pretty little vintage eaterie serving a range of delicious snacks and light lunches all with natural ingredients.
