Since 2000, with the early expansion of the internet, Frank became a pioneer with his communications agency and B2B trade portal Europa Regina, which publishes about the creative industries. Besides publishing, over the years, his company also designed numerous websites and communications for designers, wholesale clients and non-profit organizations.

In 2007, Frank became a board member of the World Fashion Organization.
In 2008, Frank became a board member of the European Fashion Council.

By publishing in the last decade about the creative industries with its colossal expansion of trade events, Frank gained insight and a special interest in global development, sustainable production, and the arts.
