KEEP THE ETHICAL FASHION NETWORK ALIVE - CHIPIN

Ning, the software behind this network, have recently started charging fees for the site to be maintained. In addition, as the Ethical Fashion Network grows in size, the Ethical Fashion Forum which manages it needs to put more resources and people into managing and supporting members.

We are inspired by the people and projects on the network- over 5000 of you from over 100 countries- many of you are pioneers,  breaking new ground and changing lives through your work. We have seen some amazing connections happen through the network. The network has huge potential as a platform to launch and grow your projects and the sustainable fashion movement.

HELP US TO KEEP THE NETWORK ALIVE- AND TO MAKE IT WORK BETTER FOR YOU- BY CHIPPING IN!

We need to raise $15,000 (about £9,000) by 20th May - thats less than $3 per network member! To help us to raise the funds, we have put a CHIPIN  button on the front page of the network- HERE (on the left) where you can donate and review progress towards the target.

Donate £20 or more and we will tell everyone on the network how amazing you are (if you want us to!) Donate £50 or more, we will give you the opportunity to promote your project, business or skills to all network members through a network broadcast. Donate £100 or more and we will offer your project or initiative promotion through the EFF's new SOURCE  platform. Donate £500 or more to become a patron of the EFF

WHAT WE WILL USE THE FUNDS FOR:

The $15,000 target sum will be used to:

• Cover the immediate costs to maintain and grow the network
• Secure patrons and sponsors to ensure that the network can be maintained and continue to grow in the long term
• Improve the look of the network and make it easier for members to navigate and use.
• Integrate the network better with the rest of the work of the Ethical Fashion Forum, increasing its profile and reach
• Support and promote members and their projects better
• Support more fair trade and ethical suppliers from Africa, Asia and Latin America to join the network and gain access to markets for their products
• Promote the network better to buyers and influential people and organisations which can support members
• Make it easier for members to make connections with the right people to help their projects, through the network
