Work experience opportunities with eco-ethical fashion houses. Also to grow my knowledge of and contacts within this exciting movement.

About me / About business or organisation:

I create collages and patterns using fabric, paper, trimming, images, voice, words and ideas. This creative energy is currently being applied to a Bachelor of Design in Fashion and Textiles at UTS.  The aesthetic I am developing flirts between bohemian subversion and quirkiness with old world elegance and charm. 

Other interests include slow food (love my organic farmers' markets), getting to know my Maker better, singing vintage jazz, all things French and Spanish and a fascination for the exotic.

Career history / Company history:

I have a background in the non-profit sector doing capacity building, social research and advocacy. And I love to facilitate creative thinking workshops, collaborative brainstorming, planning and consultation sessions. My social justice background leads well into eco-ethical fashion and textile design.
