About me / About business or organisation:
I studied Central Saint Martins and graduated from Fashion womenswear in 2004. Since then I have created many different collections, predominantly Womenswear but have also created some menswear and accessories. I create them by myself, occasionally I get outside help. I set up 'creation26' in 2009 although I do not stock anywhere yet as I am still defining the direction of the brand.

I am most passionate about prints, colour and creating textures and it is this area I most want to develop into.

I read constantly about ethical fashion, fairtrade, organic development, green issues and sustainability, and in the future would love to incorporate this into the label.

Brands I passionately follow are Chloe, Paul & Joe, Marni, Marimekko, All Saints, Eley Kishmoto and Jessica Odgen, some of which I have had the pleasure of working for.

It is deep within my heart to raise awareness for Watoto and the Aid21 Campaign where I have worked alongside other designers, chereographers, musicians, models and photographers in charity fashion shows to raise money. I work closely with 'crossmentorsfashionevents'.
Career history / Company history:
I have been blessed to work with Isabella Blow, Jessica Odgen, Ann-Sofie Back, Neurotica, Paul & Joe, Diesel, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Jimmy Choo, Daniel Garett, Kelly Knox, Liberty X and Sugarbabes (when they first began), as well as Selfridges and Harvey Nichols in their fashion departments.

I've had experience in Visual merchandising, working as a stylist, a fashion dresser for the Asian Lifestyle shows and working in the wardrobe department for 'Kiss Me Kate'.

Hi Charlie, Thanks for the response and your comments on my work are really kind and encouraging! I have looking into Marni but you are right they do not have studios in London.
Working with end of roll and recycled fabrics I find the designs evolve and I enjoy exploring contrasting textures as well as layering and print, it is a very visual process.

I have volunteered for EJF in the past with their fundraising, I think organic cotton is so important for the future of textiles. I have travelled to india and want to go back and explore community based projects and co-operatives. I am also interested in similar social enterprise projects in the UK and want to look into this for my production as I will at some point need help with this (although not there yet).
It would be great to chat further there is too much to say in an email. You have worked with some amazing designers too, wow!
You seem to have a very clear direction and determination to get your label off the ground. How far have you got with this and what are you concentrating on at the moment?
I am planning to attend the eff event at the pop up shop in carnaby, I see you are attending too perhaps we can continue our discussion there and see how we could work together. xx
