Resort 2013 Collection "...with love, Delilah" | Pooja Jeshang

If the discovery of chameleon inspired colors, electric pinks, bottle green and orange soda positioned Pooja Jeshang outside her comfort zone, her new resort range found her returning to what she does best. Crafting silhouettes, simple but yet seductive, as defined by the name "Delilah". Although Pooja's best innovation would have been her materials, following the trend from her last collection using 100% organic printed cottons. For example this season she showed pieces in tie and dye batik, giving the fabric a mottled, streaked look. Pooja really upped the quality in this mini collection, some of which the silhouettes that will be garnered in the upcoming SS 2013 collection yet to be named. The bottle green jumpsuit with the floral wax print, a true nigerian ankara fabric was inspired by the 80's wide legged bottoms, alongside leaving it strapless to enhance the femininity of a woman, leaving it tempting and seductive enough - one of the winners in the collection, it radiated glamour, sophistication, and totally in the comfort zone just what you would want to lounge out in.
