I have been in the industry for 23 years now starting off in the warehouse, going through the sampling, production, design and eventually sales rooms until settling into sales.

    Hi Naomi,
    I think i commented in the wrong place!!! lol.

    Okay I have had a look at your website & merchandise and I think both are wonderful. I love what your doing. I have a few suggestions for you.
    Firstly, if you can, bring your pricepoints down a little otherwise you are going up against the big boys at this pricepoint, Anya Hindmarch, Bill Amberg, Mulberry and the like and even though they are not ethically minded, the have huge PR and marketing machines & the same buyers you will be targeting, they also target. Customer base is pretty much the same wether ethically produced or not.
    Also, definetly do a mailout to everyone on my buyer directory as everyone of the buyers/stores are your customer! They all buy heavily into bags and accessories and the fact that yours are ethically produced will appeal, just make sure your at a slightly lower pricepoint than the majors.
    Lastly, if you can, develop a weekender bag it maybe worth doing so. Weekenders command a slightly higher RRP, I have wholesaled these for 220 GBP.
    Other than that you are spot on & i really think your merchandise and ethics are beautiful. Love the photography on your site. Congratulations!
