Any idea who can manufacture a small range of extremely well made t-shirt ?

I am looking to manufacture a small range of extremely well made t-shirt (same quality and style as french brand "majestic" or "filature du lyon").

The production should be as nearest as possible in switzerland.

Criteria: 

Production conditions: fair & ethical

Material: Certified fabrics

Close to switzerland

Low quantities

Any suggestion on this would be great..
