The Ecology of Commerce by Paul Hawken

This book is an oldie but a goodie (1993!). This is what made me determined not to have a business if it meant destroying the environment for my personal gain. Hawken points out that 'sustainability' is only the beginning and that what we need to be aiming for is 'restoration'. A hugely rewarding read and just as relevant today as when it was written.
