starting a new collection

Hi, I start to do my own woman collection, I'm looking for ethical fabrics. I need soft fabrics, like jersey, silk, viscose, but can also be recycled fabric. Anything is soft and soft. The collection is inspired on dance and movement. I need small quantity, different colors. I leave in Europe, if is possible to find suppliers in Italy, Spain or other close county at the moment.  

I also looking for a manufacturer who can produce the collection, at the moment I try to do the pattern and sample by my self. The manufacturer should help me to do the grading and fitting.

first you can make some t shirts with the soft material,then iron some dance girl,dance mom or other etc rhinestone heat transfers design on it to finish your collection.which must be shinning and fashion.
