Dear SOURCE Network Members,

If you know or indeed are someone who is able to build ecommerce websites, would you be interested in quoting for building one for Mayamiko Trust?

We are a charity in the UK and run an ethical production unit in Malawi - working with vulnerable women and men. In Malawi we produce for other international fashion houses and we also have our own range, Mayamiko Designed. We were highly commended at the Ethical Fashion Awards 2012 for the category changing lives in Africa.

We have both the Mayamiko.com and Mayamiko.org domains and now would like to split the two, keeping Mayamiko.org about the charity work and building a web store on the Mayamiko.com one.

Our current range is small - we have about 20 lines, mostly accessories that are one size and a few lines that come in different sizes. 

We would need full capability to take payments, handle shipments, integrate with a merchant (we bank with HSBC but open to others) and ideally integrate with our accounting system (currently Freeagent, but again open to change).
We would also want the ability to generate newsletter and mailshots and customise the home page by ourselves... in a nutshell - the usual package that most ecommerce sites have.

We are flexible on the timeframe, and would be open to waiting a little longer if it means a better deal for the charity.
