I am looking to discover or buy: Networking with designers in London as I am moving back to London permanently in a couple of months.

About me / About business or organisation:: I have been working part time as an assistant designer for our family boutique for the past 8 years. I had been pursuing a career as a consultant full time to pay my bills however my real interest are in designing clothes. I have now started concentrating full time in a career as a fashion designer now that I have financial stability. My long term plan is to open up my own boutique in London.

Career history / Company history:: I graduated from University of Illinois with a degree in Finance in 2005 and went on to pursue a career as a consultant in Banking and Finance. I worked in Chicago for 2 years for Bearingpoint after which I transfered to the London office where I worked for another 2 years. Whilst working as a consultant I have actively helped in designing clothes for Purple Fashion which our family boutique.
