About me / About business or organisation:

I'm a London based fashion professional who specialises in design and research related to sustainability and ethics in fashion and textile industry. I believe in interdisciplinary practices where I can set projects upon the combination of creative research, design and writing.

Career history / Company history:

With a background in fashion design, I have worked for the past ten years for Brazilian brands creating women’s clothing and accessories. Throughout these years, I have developed an accurate eye for a variety of capacities in fashion, including costume design, styling and illustration.

I have a Master’s degree in Design Futures, from Goldsmiths, University of London, with a focus on conscious consumerism in fashion. My research work is grounded on the space where sustainability, culture, and communication merge.

My latest project was the creation of COLOUR.ME, a fashion and lifestyle magazine for conscious consumerism, which is available on: www.issuu.com/eloartuso/docs/colour.me.
