About me / About business or organisation:: New and odd pieces of fabrics and leather convert IREMA bags into unique creations. In each bag different materials are combined, such as wood handles, embroidery, ribbons, fabrics and leather pieces from all around the world. They come together to express the common threads of their origins.
At Irema we are interested in sustainable practices and upcycling. We appreciate doing things well, performed in a traditional way and especially respecting those who are involved in the production.

Career history / Company history:: Irema is committed to the rational use of resources. So we work with upcycled scraps. We seek to take advantage of every piece of fabric, leather, tape, zipper and button we got in our hands with a past history: sales, remnants, flea markets, second hand clothes, old leather sofas, etc. Each bag is made slowly and patiently for women able to enjoy new ways of seeing the world. That is why an Irema bag is a unique piece that can hardly be repeated.
