This NGO is designed to employ the local rural community of Indian women who are disenfranchised and without other employment options and crete ethical fashion that is all natural and locally sourced. Every step on the supply chain from the raw materials to the natural dyes are either locally sourced or made by Avani.

Career history / Company history:

Currently working with Kumaon EarthCraft Self-reliant cooperative, a sustainable fashion/natural products organization based in the Kumaon region of the Indian Himalyas.
