About me / About business or organisation:
I am in the process of drafting a business plan to set up a community interest company that will work with children and young people and people from the African diaspora. my cic will sell African inspired clothing, accessories, jewellery and bedding.
Career history / Company history:
I have 10 years experience of youth and community work. During this time I have planned, organized & delivered various sessions, activities, events and programs, as well as managing premises and coordinating a youth project. I have worked with people from diverse ethnic communities and social economic backgrounds. My company will sell products, hold activities & events, establish a new brand and create a platform for (young) African designers. Any profit will be used to support youth and community projects in Africa and the UK.
