ChildFund is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) working with children and young adults to create the environments that children need to thrive.
ChildFund Sri Lanka runs many programmes including a Careers Guidance for youth programme in the war affected North East of the country, providing advice and training for young people trying to find or create employment

I have worked in both the private manufacturing sector and in the NGO sector, Manufacturing, Capacity building and teaching, in Bangladesh, Romania, Morocco, France, the UK and now Sri Lanka.
