About me / About business or organisation:: Prior to becoming a style consultant I worked for various companies in their HR teams as an educator; teaching people presentation skills and company policies. During my presentation skills workshops, I would always include information on how to present 'yourself'.

After having my children, I decided to change my direction. I loved fashion, but not necessarily the industry. I enjoy teaching others but not necessarily being employed by a large corporation.
I spent hours going through all the options, laying out my life history in front of friends and family. It was unanimous - styling consulting would suit me and tie everything together.

I am now a certified image and colour consultant. I own my styling consulting business, write for fashion magazines, host/MC fashion events, have a radio slot on X105 - Fashion Fix with Sam and host a style TV show for the web.

What next? Well, I'm on a mission to teach others about the importance of being 'stylish and sustainable', due to my ambivalent relationship with the fashion industry. My style consultations teach people about recycling, upcycling, organic clothing options, natural beauty products and more. Style TV is changing direction too, focusing only on sustainable/organic fashion options and I'm writing a book!
