- The entire concept of my studio is Sustainable Lifestyle and sustainable living. A brand that values fair trade, craft empowerment, zero-waste, ethical and slow fashion. We try to follow a cradle to cradle approach to create our products in which we juxtapose crafts with post consumer waste.
The strings of traditions woven together to form the fabric of legacy is SUTRAKAAR. It’s about the faith, beliefs, skills transcending from one generation to the next, adapting to the contemporary fashion sensibilities.
The Studio is a space focused on eco-textile creations with paper and natural materials- a step towards sustainable future!! Socially and environmentally conscious the products embody vibrant, edgy, funky sophistication pioneering a systematic transformation to the definition of luxury fashion.
These handcrafted textiles cross the realm of art and encompass the life of the spinners and the weavers by whom it is inextricably created with feelings, emotions and also as the only means of livelihood and survival.
