People who are interested in swapping their way to a new wardrobe!
About me / About business or organisation:
Last year I took a year out of designing menswear for a big High St company to travel in Africa and South America. I have since come back to London to set up my own clothing swapshops which give people the opportunity to gain a new wardrobe at very little cost to to themselves and the environment. Swapshop is also aimed at re-gaining a sense of community and I offer advice and practical tips on how to re-vamp and creatively alter your own wardrobe.
Career history / Company history:
7 years experience designing menswear for big high st multiples and brands.

I saw on your profile that you gave up the fashion industry to travel in Africa and South America. I'm just quitting my job at Burberry to travel around Africa and work with ethical fashion producers out there. Do you have any good tips for places to visit/places not to visit?
I'm the Africa Group Administrator and I noticed that you did some travelling in Africa last year and also have some impressive work experience in design. I would like to invite you to join the Africa Group, where you might prove to be a useful contact for some of our members there and also you might find someone useful too. See you there :)
