About me / About business or organisation:

Starting up a social entrepreneurship project in Livingstone, Zambia. Creating a dressmakers workshop where we hire unemployed vulnerable women (cooperation with an organization for previous sex workers). The women will get specialized training in sewing and design. We are going to make high fashion quality fashion bags/purses and sell in Norway. The social value behind the project is our core value, work conditions for the women are highest priority together with unique design and quality.

Career history / Company history:

We got the idea after volunteering in Zambia for one year. We talked to the organization and they where happy to cooperate. Since then we have started a NGO in Zambia and talked to potential employes and got a location. We are in the start-up process and are hoping to start sales during 2013.
