About me / About business or organisation:

I am a customs and international trade lawyer and consultant. I assist importers and exporters in making certain that their companies and their products comply with the U.S. federal laws and regulations.

Career history / Company history:

I am a lawyer licensed to practice in NJ, NY and PA, and in U.S. District Court. I am a licensed U.S. Customs Broker. I am also a former U.S. Customs officer (trade and field operations), special agent for the Department of Defense, ocean shipping executive, and prosecutor. I have taught import and export classes at Pace University and Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. I am currently a part-time instructor at Baruch College in New York City.
