About me / About business or organisation:

I like to cook, I like to eat, and life is too short to eat tasteless food that has traveled a distance from where it's grown to where I live.
I think it would be great if everyone who signed up for a CSA knew what to do with their food, so that they would enjoy the experience and keep coming back for more. Sadly, I hear a lot of folks overwhelmed with greens in the early summer and fall, and that experience discourages them from continuing. I want to help with that.
