- I am studying for a BA (Hons) in Fashion Buying with Marketing at De Montfort University, Leicester, as I am passionate about the fashion industry, particularly within the business elements of fashion. Prior to this I was a qualified Textile Design Student, from a Foundation degree.
Fashion sustainability and fair trade clothing is an area in which I am particularly interested and I am currently sourcing research for my dissertation. The aim of the thesis is to determine the role a buyer must take in order to reduce the effects fast fashion production has on the earth’s carbon footprint.
