- «Anna & Juan» is a collective committed to redefine the application of natural dyes and recover old textile techniques with a sustainable approach.
«Anna & Juan» offer workshops, naturally coloured wool and products. The project aims at increasing longevity of textiles, strengthening awareness and building community. This comprises the use of regionally produced natural fibres, the employ of renewable and locally grown vegetable dyestuffs, the revaluation of textile crafts and handwork, the small-scale production and the collaboration with different local companies and designers.
The intention is to design responsibly while respecting diversity.
Experiences and research results are shared on a blog.
You can find «Anna & Juan» at their studio and wool shop in Neubad Luzern. Products are also sold on Etsy and at different stores in Switzerland. Besides, «Anna & Juan» cultivate a dyeing garden with eight different species in Boniswil.

- «Anna & Juan» was born in 2011 as the result of our curiosity and desire to create and produce responsibly.
We are two designers – Josefina Eliggi (Argentina) and Luzius Schnellmann (Switzerland) – with a great interest in sustainability and the wish to develop an initiative that would enable us to apply our knowledge and incorporate new ideas.
