• The TJX Companies, Inc. was established over 30 years ago, and in addition to its businesses in Europe, operates three other large divisions in the U.S. and Canada. Net sales for The TJX Companies, Inc. in 2010 were US $21.9 billion
• All businesses are based on the same off-price model; that is, selling branded merchandise with up to 60% savings on recommended retail prices.
