•Responsible for execution and send out of new line samples and commencement of their physical tech-packs through PLM.
•Manage “body books”- regarding style #’s and changes made to styles & patterns.
•Manage workflow of sample room.
•Organize & create monthly line sheets.
•Create & organize fabric cards for reference- including FDS sheets for fabric specs & cost.
•Request sourcing for necessary fabric/ trim.
•Finalize color cards.
•Fabric & trim approvals for production.
•Create and manage weekly sampling PO’s for fabric, trim, send-outs & dye house.
•Manage necessary paperwork needed for accounting from sample PO’s.
•Execute monthly budget for sampling cost for dress division.

• Evaluations & Audits performed & completed of proto/ fit, pre- productions & top of production samples as well as lab dips & bulk fabric submits from domestic & overseas vendors
• Constant research & design development for brand expansion & growth. As well as continual observance & analyzing of trends within the sporting & athletic industry.
• Maintaining constant open communication with domestic & overseas vendors alike for optimal quality control of fabric & garment operations.
• Continual updates & revisions of tech packs in both Microsoft Excel® & Blue Cherry® Apparel operating systems.

• Weekly process of companies requisitions for purchase orders pertaining to office, customer service & distribution centers needs.
