I was born in Quito, Ecuador. Currently I am 23 years old and I am the General Manager at Pancos. I graduated from Dickinson College in May 2015 where I studied a major in International Business & Management and a minor in Economics.
I have a passion for pitching products and services that can help improve people lives while being environmentally and socially responsible. In partnership with an Ecuadorian artisan, we developed and launched Pancos LLC which is an Ecuadorian fashionable and environmentally friendly shoe business focused on producing and selling hand-made espadrilles through 20 retail stores nation-wide and we are excited because we just opened our first store!
My studies and experiences in different cultures in Ecuador, USA, and UK have further developed my understanding of working with people from different backgrounds. In my senior seminar I worked with a group in a consulting report for Procter & Gamble working closely with the VP of Corporate Finance. We were able to determine a Total Shareholder Return framework and to provide recommendation for the company to allocate resources to highest value net present value projects and to evaluate sufficiency of plans to deliver goals.
To increase my undergraduate education, last year I lived and was enrolled in a summer program in the London School of Economics. At this institution, I took an intense course in Negotiations & Bargaining, which further developed my negotiating skills for both: my professional and personal life.
