I am looking to discover or buy: We are currently working with some consultants from the fashion forum in order to source ethically produced fashion that we can retail through Mia Vita. The business should be fully on line and retailing by March 2010.

About me / About business or organisation:: I have worked in Marketing for 20 or so years and have worked in Retail/catalogue/website fashion for 4 years. I started with Otto UK, now Freemans Grattan Holding and since being made redundent in May 2009 have been concerntrating on developing my own fashion lable along with my co- director Nikki Peacock. I have 2 children Megan 4, who you can see in my picture on a beach in Cornwall and Dylan 7. I am happily married to Julie ( age undisclosed) for some 12 years.

Career history / Company history:: I have worked in Marketing for Theatre and Education companies. Developed training brands using drama as a key element of the training for a company called CragRats. I have also developed a theatre, digital media brand, event management and an outside catering company. I then moved on to industrial vehical cleaning company in Leeds called Wesley Group before becoming the Senior planning manager for Kaleidoscope.

All our goods are designed in Britain, but produced in India, specifically West Bengal, using an IFAT registered manufacturer, locally sourced, natural materials, traditional production methods and environmentally friendly dyes etc.
