At luri & wilma we are more than a blog or a magazine, we are a way of life. Vintage, handmade and eco-friendly encompass so much more than just fashion and beauty, and that's where our food, DIY and smart lady features come in.

We profile and support eco-friendly businesses, especially those run by women, who have innovative ideas for recycling and repurposing, sustainability or producing quality handmade products. Our models are never airbrushed because we support a healthy, realistic confident woman.

We use a local printer so that our money goes back into the city we create it in and print on recycled paper.

Career history / Company history:

Charlie recently traded in her cowboy boots for concrete jungles and metro rides. A native Texas gal, she recently returned to her writing roots after a few years in the corporate public relations sector. Raised by the "hippy" mom, she learned to appreciate local, organic food, sustainably harvested materials and small businesses and found those hard to coexist in the corporate sector.
