My work as a jeweler came from my desire to piece objects together in a meaningful way. There was something to creating art that was more than just beautiful. The tensions between the precious and the strong, the delicate metals and the torches and saws used to manipulate them... initially, this held my interest; yet I knew that something was missing. I was not sold on the world of adornment.
In walks a friend of mine with a pile of bullets... an association with the world in which we live.
Man vs. Nature. Politics of the environment... Conscious Adornment.
