Nectar is a project that challenges the fast-fashion environment often experienced on the high street. It intends to redirect consumer thinking towards more sustainable buying choices by proposing a new value system for choosing clothes, which focuses consumer attention towards the principles of beauty, quality and longevity. The hope is that we will have confidence in discerning beauty in design and quality in materials, and in doing so, discover the benefits of choosing garments which offer lasting performance. Nectar can be used as a guide for purchasing, or as inspiration to re-define your own set of principles for consumption.
