    Eoin, I have just ordered some pillow style packaging for my jewelry from an NGO based in India that I met this summer. Made from recycled news paper then made by the group. I requested my own sizes and they seem to be flexiable, you can also reequest for them to have a print this is a bit extra but not by much.
