Who is 4C Association?

The 4C Association aims to unite all relevant coffee stakeholders in working towards the improvement of the economic, social and environmental conditions of coffee production and processing to build a thriving, sustainable sector for generations to come.

Job description

The Verification Manager will lead the Verification team of the 4C Secretariat and examine the options for a spin-off into a separate business entity. S/he will be the ‘credibility keeper’ of the verification system and be responsible for all activities implemented by the verification team.

The entry-level standard and verification system is one of the core services provided by the 4C Association to its members and is currently centrally managed from Bonn, with a very impressive growth and development over the last year in terms of numbers of producer groups and countries, and volumes of 4C Compliant Coffee.

Requirements

The candidate will need an existing permit to live and work in Germany.
