We would like to offer your students the opportunity to visit the Ethical Fashion Forum's SOURCE Expo for a greatly reduced rate.
The EFF SOURCE Expo: 17th-18th October, Sadler's Wells, London, EC1R 4TN.
The SOURCE Expo showcases inspirational suppliers and manufacturers from all over the world, working to fair trade, ethical and organic standards, linking them directly with hundreds of designers, retailers and brands. Now in its third season, the event includes a programme of seminars, introducing new products and exemplary supply and production systems, a Designer Pavilion showcasing some of the most inspirational design led fashion from around the world, a trends area and more.
We at the EFF are keen to involve students in the development of the sustainable fashion industry. For this reason we are offering a wonderful opportunity to visit the SOURCE Expo at a greatly reduced rate. We can offer a Student Package of 10 student tickets for only £50. (Usual price is £15 per student). With each student package purchased  we will admit one tutor free of charge. In return we ask only that you promote this offer throughout your student network.
So if your students can get into groups of 10 and purchase their tickets together this would be a wonderful chance to expand their knowledge of the sustainable fashion industry.
Please Note: these tickets are only valid for Monday 17th October, and do not include access to seminars, tickets for which must be purchased separately.
For more information on the SOURCE Expo please visit our website: http://www.ethicalfashionforum.com/source-expo-2011
To purchase the Student Package please visit this page: http://www.ethicalfashionforum.com/expo-group-discount

This offer is part of our soon to launch a University and College partnership programme, aiming to provide students with affordable access to the SOURCE Platform, including the SOURCE Intelligence: the world's leading source of sustainable fashion business intelligence, and the SOURCE Database: the world's most comprehensive ethical sourcing and business database for the fashion sector. If you feel your students would benefit from this please drop by the SOURCE Membership Lounge at the Expo to discuss the options further.

Many Thanks, look forward to seeing you at the Expo!

'MORALFIBRE - We are very pleased to let you know that recently we received a funding from the Indian Govt. Textiles for ‘Integrated Skill Development Programme’ for skill upgradation of 5000 artisans in hand spinning, weaving and processing in Gujarat, India.  This is a 5 years programme and we are of course, very excited about it.  This will give us an opportunity to develop even superior fabrics and contribute to increasing earning power of the artisans.

'MORALFIBRE frees the environment from pollution and depletion and frees people from poverty.'

For our large range of  'Almost Carbon Neutral' fabrics, furnishings and feel well fashions please contact us.  We have cottons, silks and wool.  We are looking for buyers and agents worldwide.  please contact us on moralfibre77@gmail.com, www.moralfibre-fabrics.com

Thanks for creating the model that supports this fashionable re-do of a very old and destructive vision of fashion and life. I was there for the Summit of '08 and i am still harping away in the USA...knowing you are out there really keeps me going. Thank you again!

Are you currently trading as a small to medium sized Greater London based fashion business?
Are you registered as a Sole Trader or as a Limited Company?

If so you can register for free business support and advice

The Centre for Sustainable Fashion at London College of Fashion is currently accepting applications for the next business support programme which starts in January 2011.

The programme aims to help existing and emerging fashion businesses based in the Greater London area gain access to the growing market for sustainable products.

The programme consists of small group seminars and one to one advice sessions and every business chosen to participate will receive at least 12 hours of tailored support and guidance. On completing the programme, businesses will be eligible for a variety of showcasing, buyer and press opportunities, including profiling on the Centre for Sustainable Fashion stand at London Fashion Week.

'The Business advisors and speakers are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly supportive, offering tailored advice, the experience was inspirational’
Eleanor Dorrien-Smith, Director of Partimi

The next interview days are on Tuesdays 30th November and 14th December. Please note places on the programme are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

Thanks for the comments on the Business Support Programme, and to all the interested businesses who have contacted us already.
At the moment the programme is only for businesses based in the Greater London area, so sorry Ida & Kelli! Do feel free to contact us via the CSF website, so we can contact you if this changes. Thanks!
