Recycled / Eco friendly tags and packaging

Hello -

We have been looking for a supplier of recycled card tags for our footwear - we were looking specifically in Brazil as that is where our products are manufactured but with no success.
Does anyone on here use or know of a particularly good company, in Brazil or now actually anywhere in the world, for getting their eco-friendly tags made??
