Placement in Fashion Merchandising/Buying For January 2012

I am going to be starting a placement period at the beginning of January 2012.

I am currently studying Fashion Management at Robert Gordon University and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or anywhere that offer a placement in fashion merchandising or buying.

The best location for me would be Edinburgh but I am prepared to travel to New York, London or any other cities within the UK.
