Style 850 "ecru natural wool style" - I didn't ask the price.

Style 259 Cotton/viscose (right) is £5.10 - £5.50 x 12 per size. They're sent in single size 12-packs with the large sizes slightly more expensive.

Style 500 Thermal viscose (below) is £3.80 - £4.60 x 12 per size. Delivery is free on orders over £350.

You don't have to buy the full 12-pack in every size. The web site lists wholesalers including M Holt of Manchester who can split an order betweeen different sizes. M Holt's minimum for free delivery is about the same but if you're passing Manchester they do a cash-and-carry I think.

I don't know the minimum order for a new product made out of the customer's fabric.

One problem is persuading people that a viscose T-shirt made in the UK is more interesting in an ethical way than one made of say un-bleached cotton in China. I think it is but have trouble persuading people. Some people don't realise that exchange rates were rigged against UK manufactureres for three decades and that has weakened them a bit. For the same reason, there isn't much flexibility about colour and fit. The factory doesn't dye on site and would need a customer who is easy to work with if they were do do anything different to the styles in their catalogue - probably a large customer.

Another problem is price but if the market is competing with branded printed T shirts then it could be OK. The wholesaler is selling slightly cheaper than the factory at the moment., minimum order £100, £6.50 delivery or cash-and-carry.
