Need help finding Woven Hem Labels... organic cotton or RPET... pleeeeeese!

Hi all,

 

I'm desperately searching for a producer of woven labels as the finishing touch to some Organic T's I've designed.

 

I hope that there is someone out there that might be able to help as I've been days searching and haven't found a supplier yet - at least one that can help with my small order quantities (the last one I enquired with was talking 10,000's!)  Leeeetle bit out my scope... for now anyway ; ) 

 

To describe in more detail the sort of thing I'm after... ideally they'd be 15mm wide and fold over the bottom hem or sleeve (so about 30mm in length) to make a nice little square, stitched on, and displaying our logo.

 

We are determined to be as sustainable as possible from the off set and don't want to compromise- even on the little details - hence why recycled (i.e. RPET) or organic (Organic cotton, bamboo, other) would be  ideal.

 

Open to suggestions as I know that if you can't find what you need, in the (MOQ) you need you have to be flexible.  If all else fails on the 'woven front' I'll be doing a bit of cutting, embroidery and stitching...  Eeeeek!
