Out of Fashion is an exciting publication and exhibition project by three young and ambitious photographers, who share an interest in fashion as a form of art, craft and communication. 

The purpose of the project is to showcase the final work of the three photographers graduating from University for the Creative Arts, Rochester. They wish to investigate fashion and the fashion system as something more than just a superficial act of consuming. Questions about identity, memory and portrayal of women are raised, as well as discussion about the ethics of over consumption of fashion and its consequences on our lives and on the environment. 

Out of Fashion, a unique photographic magazine, will be published in London on the 31st of May, at Green Lens Studios.

An exhibition with the same name will be held in Myymälä2, in Helsinki, Finland on 17. - 25.8.2011.
