The Queensland Fair Trade Collective welcomes ethical fashion enthusiasts to an informal evening featuring guest speakers, canapés, drinks and some impressive lucky door prizes.
Speakers Paula Rogers (Industry Liaison to the Council of Textile & Fashion Industries of Australia and co-founder chairperson of Fair Traders of Australia), Milly Gamlin (The Social Studio), Cecilia Grandadino (CEO of MINKA), and Alice Jones (designer and owner of Sinerji), will share their insider knowledge of sourcing and designing ethical contemporary fashion for an Australian and international market. Learn about sourcing sustainable materials, finding and working with suppliers & producers, the basics behind certification and endorsement and the Fair Trade process.
This is a fantastic networking opportunity for ethical fashion enthusiasts and entrepreneurs to connect with like-minded people and learn more about the future of ethical fashion. All are welcome.
