Wonderful Deborah! Someone who actually knows what 'sustainablity' is intended to mean.
I go one step further by providing countries with a 'national symbol ' to help them create awareness ( I dont like the word 'branding' but thats what it is) and in so doing reduce the 6 degrees of separation to just 1. And I even produce the cloth design in gift wrapping paper and soon carrier bags overprinted with with their tourist slogan. Wait till you see the 'Seahawks' tartan and how its going to help Africa. Lots more to tell you.
You can get me at davidmcgill61@yahoo.co.uk if you have time

Hi Deborah, ABC Channel 7 are organising a unique international fashion show in San Francisco in February 2010 featuring outfits and accessories by fashion designers using my textiles. It is based around an entirely new concept in design, linking ethical and sustainable fashion with 'fair trade' . Filming begins in South Africa later this month.
